1/4 recipe whole wheat pizza dough1/4 cup tomato sauce3 grams boneless/skinless chicken breast - poached1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced 100 grams artichoke hearts in water (about 3) - quartered3 medium scallions, sliced 52 grams roasted red pepper (about 3) sliced 100 grams Feta, crumbled
Put one rack in the lowest position of the oven and preheat to 450°F.
Roll out pizza dough to an 8" circle and spread with tomato sauce.
Add toppings, starting with the chicken and ending with the feta cheese.
Bake for 17 minutes.
