Ingredients
3 cup Beans, black 2.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1.5 cup Canned Tomatoes 2 tbsp Curry powder 15 gram(s) Dried Chopped Onion (1 Tbsp) (by HEALTHSMART4) 2 tsp Christopher Ranch Garlic (Minced in Water) (by MARKELLE) 1 tsp Salt 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 tbsp avocado oil (by GOODKARMAGIRL) 42.5 gram(s) Stop & Shop Frozen Chopped Kale, 1 serving = 1 cup (85g)
Directions
Sautee onions and garlic in oil. Add squash, kale, rinsed beans and whole can of tomato plus approx 1 cup water. Mix in seasonings and simmer until desired thickness.
