Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients
8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 cloves Garlic1.0 tbsp Parsley40.0 oz Ground beef, lean6.0 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil0.5 cup Private Selection Panko Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients ( only a half cup of the sauce ) and form into meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet with raised edges. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 ý Pour one jar of the sauce into a cast iron skillet then place the meatballs on top. Pour the other jar on top and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Bake for thirty minutes at 350 ý. Remove and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
