Ingredients
1/2 Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese5 Large Eggs1/2 Cup Non-fat MilkApproximately 23 chopped AsparagusApproximately 170 grams chopped Portabella MushroomsAdd minced onion and or garlic to taste!
Directions
Place in a glass baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out dry.
