Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon4 tablespoons water2 teaspoons mazola corn oil4 teaspoons baking powder1/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanillapinch of salt1/3 cup enjoy life dairy free chocolate chips1/4 cup organic coconut oil1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon molasses2 tablespoons truvia1/2 cup coconut flour
Directions
-Preheat the oven to 375F

-Combine coconut oil and molasses in bowl, mix in sugar, Truvia, cinnamon, and salt.

-Mix in water, vanilla, corn oil, and baking powder, once smooth add coconut flour and baking soda.

-When flour is completely incorporated add chocolate chips.

spoon cookie dough onto pan, press down with fork, and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
