Ingredients
48 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 4 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 12 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1 cup atkins all purpose baking mix
Directions
Start with normal sugar butter, add pumpkin, eggs, then dry ingredients bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes at sea level I find mini works better than regular muffin size..regular size usually collapse when removed from oven
