(THM) Curry Chicken Thighs/Konjac Noodles/Mushroom - Crockpot (S)

Ingredients
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 package Konjac Angel Hair Pasta 3 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp garlic powder2 cups Chicken Broth 8 oz fresh/sliced Mushrooms
Directions
Place chicken thighs in crockpot, top with the rinsed konjac noodles, top with mushrooms

In a shaker or jar, mix the chicken broth and curry powder, add the butter and shake up some more

Pour over the food in crockpot

high 4 hours or low 6 hours

You can scoup of the food and pour a little of the broth on..Salt and pepper to your taste.
