1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt1.0 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)0.25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw4 tsp Coconut Oil0.25 cup Almond Butter4.0 serving Stevia in the Raw0.25 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix oatmeal, sunflower seeds, cranberries and coconut in a bowl. In a sauce pan on medium heat add coconut oil, almond butter , stevia, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened. Pour over dry mixture and stir until very well combined. Scoop mixture into a brownie pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut the bars and store them in the fridge or freezer.
