Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce served in Tortillas

Ingredients
1tsp olive oil3 Cloves finely chopped garlic4 tbsp chopped white onion2 cups mushrooms, cleaned1 chili pepper, seeded and sliced.5 fl oz white wine, sweet3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Pinch of salt4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheeseFlour tortillas
Directions


In a heated frying pan, over medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Lightly fry for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the mushrooms, chili pepper and wine. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt, add cheese and serve wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

    I didn't really like the taste- maybe it was the wine I chose, but it was really sweet and I just don't like sweet mushrooms. If you're into them, try this! I'm just not. Cheese helped to temper it. Might have liked it more sans wine. - 8/27/11

    Worcestershire sauce is not vegetarian unless specified on the label. Classic Worcestershire sauce is made with anchovies. - 8/22/11
