Chicken with Wine & Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) (by MORETHEATER) 2 clove Garlic 8 fl oz White Wine 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Heat oil, brown chicken. Cover/cook until juices clear. About 8 minutes. Keep chicken warm on plate. Use cooking sparay if need more oil. In same skillet saute mushrooms, garlic, green and white onion parts. until tender. Mix cornstarch with 1 T water. Add wine or broth to pan, stir in cornstarch mixture.
