Ingredients
Crushed pineapple (1 can)Fat free sour cream (1 container)Jello instant sugar free pudding mix (1 packet)Cool whip free (1 container)graham pie crust
Directions
In large bowl, mix 1 16oz can of crushed pineapple, 1 16oz container of fat free sour cream, 1 conatiner of cool whip free, 1 packet of sugar free instant vanilla pudding. Pour mixture into pie crust, chill and serve. Makes 8 servings.

    Very easy. Very tasty. Do not drain pineapple. Just mix all of it in a bowl and put into crust. I used the extra helping graham cracker crust. Excellent for a quick dish that you need to make for a carry in or for company. - 7/24/08
