2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) (by DEGREENIA) 1 cup Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and
cook until browned. Add the mushrooms and green beans and stir
while cooking, until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked
through. Stir in the fish sauce and ginger and cook for 1 more
minute. Stir in the sesame seeds and green onions. Serve.
