Sour cream pancakes

Ingredients
1.0 cup Sour Cream0.5 cup flour self rising2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
stir sour cream to smooth. add flour and mix until almost combined. in separate bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla. add eggs to sour cream and stir. some yellow and white swirling is good. let sit for a couple minutes, then stir once. cook on over medium heat until golden brown then flip and brown on other side.
