Ingredients
1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls1 package of low fat ranch dressing mix1 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflower1 cup tomatoes1 pack of low fat shreeded cheedar cheese1/4 cup of black olives
Directions
Mix together your ranch dressing mix. Place in refrigerator. Roll out the crescent rolls to make the pizza crust. Bake to a light brown. Spread the dressing over the crust and add toppings and serve. Refrigerate after cutting.

    My kids and I have a veggie pizza for lunch sometimes. I use the lowfat crescent rolls, and an 8 oz lowfat cream cheese mixed with a packet of ranch dressing mix and a dab of sour cream to thin it. We skip the olives & love shredded carrots and peppers on there. It's even great without cheese! - 3/22/07
