Greek Yogurt Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

1 tbsp Allspice 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tsp Kosher Salt 1.5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 10 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
Stir allspice, oregano, salt, garlic powder and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Red pepper flakes may be added to taste.
Combine yogurt and lemon juice with half of the spice mix and marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Put meat mixture into crock pot and cook low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
