Crockpot Ground Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 pound Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1/2 cup, coarse chopped Onions, raw 1/2 cup, sliced Celery, raw 1 cup Tomato Sauce 3 beef bullion cube 1 cup Beans, great northern 1 tsp minced garlic in olive oil 1/2 cup, raw Carrots sliced 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1/4 tsp black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) raw potato cut into chunks 1 cup, cubes Sweet potato
Directions
Put 6 cups water into crockpot. Brown the ground turkey in chunks, after transferring turkey to crockpot saute chopped onions and minced garlic just release flavor, then transfer to crockpot. add tomato sauce, ground black pepper, and beef bullion cubes or any bullion cube of choice (i used beef because that is what i had). After slicing celery transfer it to the crockpot. Rinse the Great Norther beans with cold water to remove some of the sodium, then dump them into the crockpot. slice the carrots and put them into the crockpot. Cook on high for about 3 hours then add the broccoli (cook it some in the microwave before placing in crockpot so as to not drop the temp. in the crockpot. also heat the frozen corn for the same reason and add it to the crockpot. also add the raw potato and sweet potato to crock pot. After these additions cook another 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour longer on high.
