5-minute gourmet apple pita "Pie"

Ingredients

2 Sahara 100% wholewheat mini pitas1 apple cored and chopped*1 t. raisins or other dried fruit1 t. ground cinnamon (sprinkle generously)1 t. butter flavored spread1 T walnuts chopped coarsely2 sprays butter flavored Pam+If using Granny Smith, add a little Splenda or 1 t. real brown sugar.
Wash, core and chop apple
add nuts and raisins
sprinkle with cinnamon
Spray nonstick pan with butter-flavored Pam
Heat pan, melt butter spread and add all ingredients except pitas
Saute ingredients about 5 minutes on medium flame covered. Stir occasionally.
Heat individual pita in microwave about 15 seconds until it just "puffs up." Split pita with scissors and fill with l/2 of warm "pie" ingredients.
Delicious, healthy and very satisfying!
