My homemade chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
8.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 clove Garlic1 tbl spoon paprika 1 tbl spoon bell's seasoning 1 tbl spoon black pepper 1 tbl spoon dry parsley 6.0 serving Pennsylvania Dutch extra wide noodles16.0 oz carrot chips18.0 cup chicken broth170.0 gram chopped onion(frozen )
Directions
Chop celery Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces Add celery, chicken, carrots, onion, garlic and other seasonings to a large soup pot. Under med/high heat bring to a brief boil uncovered then reduce to a simmer on low heat and cover. Simmer for an hour at which time the chicken and vegetables should be cooked. Increase heat to medium then add noodles following the cook time for the noodles usually around 12 minutes. Serve in cereal sized bowls and salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: Makes about 20 servings.
