beef, ground chuck, 80% pan-fried, crumbles, 8 serving (1.5 lbs)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Beans, Kidney beans dark red, 9 serving size*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can*Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2.5 cup (one jar)Chili powder, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup (remove)
Saute hamburger with onions, celery. Add kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Season to taste. Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice. Eight 1.5 cup servings
