Mama K's Red Kidney & Kale Soup

3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, chopped Kale 1.5 serving Low-Sodium Worchestershire Sauce (by CYZZANE) 474 grams Crushed Tomatoes 5.5 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
Saute onions, carrots, celery with Worcestershire sauce, salt and cumin.
Drain beans and add beans to vegetables. Add vegetable broth and water. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Slice kale into 1 inch pieces. Add to soup.
Continue to simmer for 45 mintues.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1+1/2 cup servings
