Whole Wheat Banana Muffin

Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup * Duck Egg, 2 egg * Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed * Safflower Oil, linoleic, .25 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Put the wet ingredients in one bowl and whisk. Put the dry in another and stir till mixed. Combine the wet into the dry and stir till just combined. do not over stir. Put into lined muffin tin - makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes or till slightly brown on top.
