Ingredients
2 Tbs Pure Pumpkin 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice On plan Sweetener (2 packets of Truvia is what I used)1/2 scoop Whey Protein 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Butter 8 fl oz Coffee
Directions
Mix the all ingredients into the coffee except the protein powder, once all mixed and fats melted pour in the protein powder, I put mine in a blender for the froth! Yum.
