Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 cup Bean sprouts .5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
Directions
Beat egg with 1 tbs of water. In very hot pan add peppers, onions first, stir fry for 1 min. Add spinach and bean sprouts along with stir-fry sauce. Pour in beaten egg . Cook for 1 min and then flip.
