1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken, cut into bite size pieces1 medium green pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 jar spaghetti sauce (26oz)6 0z Mostaccioli noodles8 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Cook pasta according to directions on package, set aside. Cook chicken in non-stick skillet 5 min. Add vegetables and cook 5 min more, or until vegetables are tender. Add spaghetti sauce and pasta. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese; cover. Let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
