Cuban Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients
.5 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched .25 cup Canned Tomatoes 1 serving 1 small orange pepper (by KATHRYNJ05) 16 medium Shrimp, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 serving Sazón Goya (Sazón with Azafrán) (by JRENEE25) 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 1tsp Olive Oil 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 3 serving Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives
Directions
Flash fry shrimp in hot pan. Remove and set aside. Saute onion, peppers, garlic. Add raw rice and cook another 5 minutes. add broth, Sazon and tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Add peas, olives and cooked shrimp. Cook until rice is done (5 - 10 minutes) add more broth if required.
