3 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.50 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 0.33 cup, packed Raisins 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Rubbed Sage 1.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 4 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr) 510 grams Winter Squash ( 2 9 ounce packages)
cook pasta drain, reserve 1/3 cup water. soak raisins in boiling water in large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. add pepper and garlic cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes. add squash sage salt and pepper cook until heated through. stir in raisins and soaking liquid and cream cheese cook until cheese melted. transfer to large bowl add pasta and parmesan toss to combine.
