Frittata - mushrooms, french beans, cheese

Ingredients
Mushrooms, onions, french green beans, cheese, turkey slices or any ingredients on hand! And eggs!
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Saute veges in 12 inch oven-safe pan and pour in scrambled eggs. Allow eggs to coat bottom of pan evenly to prevent burning. Spread diced cheese on top of frittata then place in oven. Remove in 5min. Allow to cool. Slice into 8 wedges.
