Quick vegetable toss

Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g1\3 cup of thinly sliced red onionChoice of sald dressingVinagerSalt n Pepper ( to taste)
Directions
Put the bag of frozen vegetables in boiling water lightly salt it.leave it there for about 4 minutes or until it is both soft and firm but not too soft since it with be cooked more.later drain off all water put the veggies back on the stove and stir in salt pepper a splash of vinager a splash of your favorite salad dressing I put(Romano basil vinaigrette from wish bone company) and then some thinly cut red onions.cook this until the onions are some what soft (about 2 minutes) the seasoning for this recipe does not have to be exactly this change which ever seasoning to what you have in hand or perfer. Great with brown rice and grilled chicken. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
