White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1 can of Great Northern beans, drained2 tablespoons of chopped parsley1 tablespoon of tahinni1 tablespoon of olive oil2 teaspoons of lime juice1-2 cloves of garlic1/2 teaspoon of saltwater to thin dip to desired consistancy
Directions
Add all ingredients, except water, together into a small food processor. Process into desired consistancy by adding water.

Spread on whole wheat crackers and serve with sliced cucumbers and carrot sticks.
