Baked Healthy Egg Cups

Ingredients
12.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid I Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)12.0 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)6.0 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Turkey Bacon (1 slice)1.5 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving5-6 torn pieces of spineach
Directions
Spray muffin pan with butter or canola oil spray. Cut each bacon strip into 4 pieces. Line cups with bacon. Add all other ingredients (except cheese) in bowl. Add your spices, stirring well. Pour mix evenly into each cup and top with 1 tbsp of the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approx 15 min or until cups are browned and puffy.
