Ingredients
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 serving Sweet mini peppers (3)2.5 serving Pork: Bacon, broiled or pan fried (1 slice)
Directions
Beat all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Serving Size: Makes 6 muffins
