Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients
2 cups Broccoli, chopped2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp grated Parmesan1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-low heat. Add broccoli and parmesan. Cooking, stirring occasionally, until broccoli reaches desired texture. Sprinkle with garlic and serve.

    I added onion as well (about 1/4 of a cup) and also added the parmesan at the end.. it makes things a bit easier. But before, I softened the broccoli in water with salt. - 9/2/07

    Great receipe!!! not sure about the oil except to fry the garlic a tad. to me it seem a bit of overkill, next time I will make it without to cut out calories and fat. I did add tuna to add a bit of protein to it and to make a complete lunch...REALLY GOOD!!! - 7/11/07

    I added some lg chopped onion and did not put the parmesan on till the end. we have stainless cookware and it would stick. - 4/17/07
