1 stick Butter, salted 1 large Egg1 Envelope Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Cookie Mix 1 1tsp Canola Oil 2 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup Oats, Old Fashioned
Preheat oven to 375 deg
Pulverize Oats in processor until like chunky flower
Mix all ingredients just until blended, don't over mix
Drop my 1/4 C measure cup onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for 12-14 minutes
Let rest 1 minute, then transfer to racks to cool
Store in Tight container
