Chicken Rollups

4 Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless4 Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese Sticks1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt1 tsp basil1 cup of spaghetti sauce (jar)
1. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of wax paper and tenderize with a rolling pin. Roll out as you would cookie dough
2. Mix salt, basil and pepper in a small bowl
3. Sprinkle mixture on one side of the chicken breasts
4. Roll each chicken breast jelly-roll style around a cheese stick. The salt/pepper/basil mixture should be on the inside of the roll-up.
5. Place chicken in a large cooking-sprayed baking pan, equally apart.
6. Pour the spaghetti sauce equally over the four rollups
7. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
