Syrian Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
32 oz Ground beef, lean 2 cup2 chopped Onions 2 Med. Green Bell Peppers, chopped2 tbsp ground Allspice 32 oz dry Macaroni7 cups Tomato Sauce 16 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, divided
Directions
Brown beef; drain well. Add onions and peppers; saute until softened. Stir in allspice. Meanwhile, boil pasta 1 min; drain. Combine all ingredients except half of cheese in large pan. Bake until hot throughout. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook under broiler 2 min or until cheese is browned.
