1.0 oz Ground beef1.5 cup great value dark red kidney beans1.5 cup hunts whole peeled plum tomatoes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large pot and cool on low to medium hear for 2-3 hours. You can add vegetables if desired (celery, carrots, bell pepper, onion, garlic, etc.). Serving Size: Makes 20-25 1cup servings

    I’m not sure how you got 20-25 1 Cup servings out of 3 ingredients that total 4 cups at the most. And only 9 Calories? Is every serving 1 bean or something?
