3 large Egg white, fresh .12 cup Granulated Sugar 16 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) .5 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL) .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground pinch Salt .12 cup fine chop Almonds, dry roasted (salt added)
pre heat oven to 250*
blend cinnamon splenda and sugar and salt
beat egg whites until form peaks add extract and cinnamon mixture gradually as you beat. form stiff egg peaks.
oil cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
drop by Tablespoon onto sheet or paper. sprinkle with almonds. bake 35 minutes then turn over off and let sit in oven for about an hour until they get crispy
