Chicken and black bean soup

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked 3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Beans, black canned 1 serving Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can 2.5 serv in can (by KITKAT734)
Directions
Cook rice according to directions
Roast or bake chicken breast with can of Rotel until cooked then shred ( stand mixer works well for this step).
Rinse and drain black beans
Combine all ingredients above with approx 3 cups chicken stock and season to taste with your favorite southwestern flavors - I used cumin, garlic, and cayenne pepper and added about a half package of prepared taco seasoning.
Bring soup to low boil then reduce and simmer for approx 20 mins.
