Red Delicious Apples, fresh, 2 cups, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedWalnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped Grapes, 1 cup, seedless, halvedCool Whip Free, 1/2 cupBanana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Splenda, 1 tsp (optional)
Mix a half cup of Cool Whip Free with splenda (optional) and vanilla, in a large bowl. Add apples , which have been chopped into small pieces, dice celery finely, chopped walnuts, green grapes which have been cut in half. Stir to mix.
Add sliced banana and stir gently.
If you plan to keep this in refrigerator for more than an hour, omit banana.
