Stir Fried Pork with Green Beans and Mushrooms

1 lb Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) , sliced thin2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp French's Sweet & Tangy Honey Mustard 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 lb Mushrooms, fresh, cut in half1 lb Green Beans (snap) , trimmed
Marinate the pork in a mixture of sot sauce, spices and sesame oil for an hour or more.
Steam the beans until tender crisp. Drain and cool under cold running water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
Stir fry the pork over high heat until no longer pink. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes or so.
Stir in the beans to warm.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
