Easy Chicken Parmesan

2 - 4 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless 2 Egg 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper 1/2 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1/4 cup Canola Oil
Pound Chicken Breast to 1/2" in thickness.
Combine the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and set aside.
Whisk eggs and set aside.
Dip chicken in egg and roll to coat in parmesan cheese mixture. Saute' in Canola oil until browned on both sides.
Place in prepared baking dish, sprayed with canola oil.
Divide pasta sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
Bake in preheated 350*F oven 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Place back in oven and heat until cheese is melted; approximately 5 minutes.
