3.0 large Scrambled Egg1.0 cup Spinach, cooked1.0 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Mix eggs cheese and spinach together in bowl. Place on hot pan and let cook stir up every couple minutes so eggs dont burn. Enjoy
