Ingredients
1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp saltO.5 tsp ground black pepper1.0 TBL oil or butter
Directions
Grate Cauliflower In a large bowl mix all ingredients Alter seasonings to taste. In a frying pan, on medium heat, add a small amount of oil or butter. Add 1 cup of mixture and flatten into pancake shape. Cook 3 min flip and cook 3 more minutes. Serve hot.
