Dharma's Kale Salad (Kimberly Snyder recipe)

Ingredients
5 cup kale, raw 2 cup Alfalfa sprouts 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving Avocado (1 medium) (by KDSEIM) 3 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 2 tbsp Dulse Flakes (by ANTIOCHIA)
Directions
Rip up kale, add sprouts, tomato, avocado, lemon juice, cayenne, Dulse flakes, yeast. Then mix and mash avocado.
