Banana Yogurt with Tofu

Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 1 slice (1 in. slice)Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1/4 cupBanana, fresh, 1/2 medium Vanilla Extract, 1 tspWheat germ, crude, 1 tspFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Agave nectar, 2 tsp
place tofu, yogurt, vanilla, wheat germ, flax meal, agave nectar, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix with hand mixer at a medium setting until desired smoothness is reached. Cut banana into 1/4 in. thick half circles and mix into yogurt mixture with spoon. Enjoy!

different fruit, berries work well too
exchange agave for honey or other sweetener
add 1-2 tsp of crushed walnuts or almonds
exchange cocoa powder for cinnamon
