Turkey Dressing (Sage, potato, bread, onion)

Ingredients
4 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt .25 cup Butter, salted 2 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8 Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe 1 tsp Sage, ground .25 cup Turkey Broth (by NYLAYDI) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash. Add bread cut into cubes, minced onion, sage, salt and pepper to taste. Add warm turkey broth, mash together, but not enough to break down the bread cubes too much. Bake until hot and crusty on top.
