low fat whole wheat blueberry pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour2/3 cup wheat white bread flour1 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp sugar = 1.5 packets splenda1 large egg = 3 tbsp egg whites1 cup blueberries1 2/3 cup skim milk
Spray pan with cooking oil spray. Preheat the pan to medium high.
Mix dry ingredients first. Add in wet ingredients, and finally gently fold in blueberries.
WARNING: Too much stirring and you will have purple pancakes!
TIP #1: Another option is to sprinkle the blueberries on top of each pancake after you pour them into the pan.
TIP #2: Use a ladle or serving spoon to keep the pancake sizes consistent.
Makes 10- 4 inch diameter pancakes
Serve with real maple syrup and enjoy them while they're hot!
