Ingredients
50 grams Celery, raw 4 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 50 grams Onions, raw 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil 100 grams Tofu, firm 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Add oil in the pan. Once heated add the onions. Saute. Add celery, red ripe tomatoes, red pepper, salt to taste. Cover and cook. After the 10 minutes add the tofu.

You can sprinkle coriander leaves.
