Orzo, Shrimp & Feta

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked orzo1 cup reduced-fat feta cheese3 cup spinach2 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 pound cooked shrimp1 tsp lemon zest1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp fresh oregano
Directions
Place orzo in boiling water for approximately 8 minutes.
While the orzo cooks, place all of the ingredients (except shrimp) in a large bowl. When orzo is ready, drain and pour over ingredients in bowl and gently stir to mix. Add cooked shrimp to warm through. The feta will melt slightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
