2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 992 Cauliflower, raw 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 2 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp 13.5 oz Parsnip
bring 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup water, cauliflower, parsnip, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to simmer over medium heat; then simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cauliflower & parsnip is tender; drain
mix cauliflower with potato in food processor, adding butter and and cheeses; salt, and pepper to taste
